At the beginning of June Vicky from The Flourishing Pantry featured Freya's Nourishment on her blog Flourishing Entrepreneurs. Vicky and I connected very early in my Instagram days, and one of the things I loved was that we actually spoke. It was more than just pressing that little love heart at the bottom of a photo, we engaged with each other and chatted both in messages and in comments on each other's posts. And earlier in the year we met in real life too, not just over the cyber world of social media. After the interview on Vicky's website, we also did an Instagram live chat on Flourishing Pantry
It's really lovely to have created this Strawberries 'n Cream Raw Cheesecake for Vicky's website. We spoke about a recipe and with it being May which meant Summer was approaching in Ireland and with that the start of Wimbeldon, so strawberries immediately came to mind.
Nearly 200,000 portions of strawberries are consumed each year at Wimbledon, along with 65,000 ice creams, 18,000 portions of fish & chips, and nearly 300,000 glasses of Pimms!
