Peanut Butter Caramel Crunch

Peanut Butter Caramel Crunch

The last few posts have been health and beauty related...essential oils, cleaning, natural beauty tips...which have all been great. But we're talking peanut butter AND chocolate here! Together. In your mouth. At the same time. What a way to break the recipe drought right?

If you know anything about me at all, you know my recipes are adaptable. And, I think, easy. But this is the easiest treat you will make. Think how easy chocolate crackles are, think honey joys....minus the sugar and oh so full of flavour and goodness! It is reminiscent of a snickers bar, easier than making...

Salted Choc Caramel Cheesecake

Salted Choc Caramel Cheesecake

My raw cheesecakes are usually made with fresh seasonal fruits. There's nothing better than enjoying fruit when it's at its best - full of flavour, nutrients and grown locally. This cheesecake however, is embracing the decadent flavour of cacao topped with the gooeyness of caramel. It also has two hidden gems, medicinal mushroom complex  and organic ashwagandha powder, both by The Grove. These are completely optional but I would highly recommend you look into them to have as a staple in your pantry. Both are excellent for immune support...

Seedy Berry Bites

Seedy Berry Bites

I made these delicious morsels for the first time about 18 months ago. I fell in love. They are delicious, nutritious and super easy to make. What more could you want? So our attention span seems to be quite short. Well mine anyway. I move onto something else and forget. Recently going back over my Instagram feed and seeing...

Warm Chia Pudding

Warm Chia Pudding

The chia pudding. Hands down, my all time favourite breakfast. I have to stop myself ordering it when I'm out for breakfast since I eat it so much at home. I love the blank canvas of it, and the ease of it. It goes with any flavour at all, any topping. The texture allows you to add all sorts of different things to it, although some don't like the texture. I don't really understand that but we're all different!

I do miss my chia puddings in the Winter. I have them occasionally but I prefer warming dishes in Winter -...

Warm Apple Pie Smoothie

Warm Apple Pie Smoothie

Winter breakfasts can be challenging when you are not only gluten free but also intolerant to starches. So even gluten free grains are out. Yes that's right. No quinoa, no amaranth, no millet, sorghum. I have been in utter denial about buckwheat though. It's the one gluten free grain that I love however with the recent cold weather here in Melbourne I did have a week of buckwheat porridge for breakfast each day and felt the affects. So I had no choice, I had to start coming up with alternatives for a warming breakfast.

Because I do believe that we...
