Returns & Replacements

At Freya's Nourishment we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please contact us straight away if you have any issues with your order so that we can resolve the problem quickly.

Please understand that our products at Freya's Nourishment are handcrafted and as such, they each have unique characteristics. They may differ in color, texture, scent and size. There may be slight imperfections in the finish, these imperfections are not faulty. Whilst we strive to provide our customers with the best possible product, working with natural ingredients can give a varying finish. 

If any item has been damaged in transit, please provide a photo of the product. In these cases we will replace the product for another or offer you a credit note, granted the incorrectly shipped or damaged goods are shipped back in the new, unopened, saleable, original condition. If the claim is for damaged goods, we may request a photograph of the damaged goods to be emailed to us for insurance purposes rather than shipping the damaged goods back. If the item is not what you ordered, do not open the seal or use the product. Any product use will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of the item and no further claim can be raised. We intend to handle any returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will cover the cost of the return shipping for damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
