Australian Orders

Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $8 and we offer free shipping on all orders over $70

All parcels are shipped from Tasmania with Australia Post

Once payment has been received and processed, goods are usually shipped within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on location.  

Public Holidays

Livskraft does not ship on Victorian and Australian Public Holidays as we are closed.

Overseas Orders

Shipping to New Zealand has a flat rate of $12

All other overseas orders are weight based. Please email hello@livskraft.com.au for a shipping quote before placing your order.

To make shopping easier, Livskraft offers the Afterpay payment option to all Australian customers that allows you to ‘Shop Now, Enjoy Now, Pay Later, Interest Free’.

Afterpay offers interest free payment plans for your online purchases (excluding gift cards) at www.freyasnourishment.com.au. You buy what you want today and pay it off in four equal, interest free fortnightly instalments.

How does the payment schedule work?

All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically each fortnight from your nominated card, unless voluntary payments are made. You will no longer be considered a new Afterpay customer after you have completed your first order in full. Thereafter, your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase for orders under $500 and at the time of purchase for orders over $500. You can log into your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date.

What if I can’t pay an instalment?

If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. For full Afterpay Terms and Conditions visit: www.afterpay.com.au/terms/

What cards does Afterpay accept?

Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately, Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

When will my goods be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard delivery time frames after you complete your order online. 

Who can use Afterpay?

Afterpay is available as a payment method for customers who meet all of the following criteria:

● Be an individual who is at least 18 years old

● Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

● Have a valid and verifiable email address and Australian mobile telephone number

● Provide a valid delivery address in Australia; and have access to a Payment Method, for example by being the holder of a Card.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase via post for a refund. Please ensure that your return or exchange meets our Livskraft's Returns Policy as below.

Returns & Exchanges

In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:

  • The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
  • The product does not match its description as provided when sold
  • The product received is not the product ordered
  • The product has been damaged in transit

Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.

Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.

 

Incorrect Order

Should you be sent an incorrect order or items, please email us within 14 days at hello@livskraft.com.au so we can organise the correct order for you

Faulty and Damaged Items

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required
