Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $7 and we offer free shipping on all orders over $65
All parcels are shipped from Melbourne with 100% carbon offset company Sendle and are trackable. Sendle are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a street address for delivery.
Once payment has been received and processed, goods are usually shipped within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on location.
Freya's Nourishment does not ship on Victorian and Australian Public Holidays as we are closed.
Shipping to New Zealand has a flat rate of $12
All other overseas orders are weight based. Please email email@example.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Please notify which items need to be gift wrapped and which don’t need to be. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
Returns & Exchanges
In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
- The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
- The product does not match its description as provided when sold
- The product received is not the product ordered
- The product has been damaged in transit
Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
Should you be sent an incorrect order or items, please email us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise the correct order for you
Faulty and Damaged Items
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required
